Start this post by saying it's been awhile ole' friend.  Because that is how I usually  start posts after I have been gone awhile.  I have got that New Year bug that makes me want to start fresh.  Be better.  Do better.  After reflection I find that I really just want to do more of what I love. 
I have fallen into a rut of life and working and life. I remember feeling good after I wrote something. anything.  Remembering that the perfect relief I felt when it was just all down on paper or 'paper'.  I don't want to make any promises that I can't keep.  But I hope I can keep this one.
